Scope

Deliverables, effort, milestones and boundaries.

“Nobody can say what is in and out of this project.”

Rs 699/mo, per workspace

No card. Shell is included at no charge, and Scope is Rs 699 a month afterwards, or part of the Studio Suite at Rs 3,499 for all nine.

Deliverables, listed What is in, and what is explicitly out.
Effort, estimated Per deliverable, so the total is arguable.
Boundaries, written The thing to point at in week six.

Who it is for, and why it matters

Who it is for

Studios who have had the conversation that begins "I assumed that was included".

What it does

Deliverables, effort, milestones and boundaries.

Why it matters

Scope creep is rarely a client acting badly. It is usually a boundary nobody wrote down, argued about six weeks later.

03 Of seven stations Between the pitch and the price.
2 Sides of every line What it includes and what it does not.
0 Verbal agreements If it is not written, it is not scope.

What changes

Without it

Scope lives in a proposal paragraph, an email thread and somebody's memory of a call. When a request arrives that might be extra, there is nothing to point at, so it gets absorbed.

With it

What is in, what is out, and what would be a change, written once and agreed. The boundary exists before it is tested, which is the only time writing it down is cheap.

What it does

It replaces: Absorbing three days of work rather than having an awkward conversation · A statement of work nobody opened after signing.

Where it sits

Scope is station 03 of seven. The work arrives from the station before it and leaves to the one after, which is why nothing is retyped between them.

Questions

What happens when the client asks for something out of scope?
It is recorded as a change against the agreed boundary rather than argued from memory. You still decide whether to charge for it.
Does this connect to the price?
Quote prices the approved scope, so the two documents cannot disagree.

Try it

14 days of real use, no card. If it is not obviously worth paying for by the end, the right answer is for us to improve it rather than to rely on you forgetting to cancel.
