Built from the brief The enquiry arrives already filled in.
One structure So two people writing produce one document.
Hours, not days The writing is the work; the formatting is not.

Who it is for, and why it matters

Who it is for

Anyone who has written the same three paragraphs about their process into four different proposals this month.

What it does

Proposals and pitch development.

Why it matters

Most proposals lose on the second read, in a room you are not in. What survives that room is structure, not adjectives.

02 Of seven stations Takes what TQ qualified and hands Scope a decision.
1 Template, many pitches Changing the structure changes every future one.
0 Retyping Nothing is entered twice between stations.

What changes

Without it

Every proposal starts from the last one, which started from the one before it, and somewhere in that chain a price, a name or a promise from an old project is still sitting in the document.

With it

The parts that never change stop being retyped, and the parts that do are the only thing you write. The proposal is built from the opportunity, so the client name and the brief are already right.

What it does

It replaces: A folder called Proposals FINAL v3 · Copying last time's deck and hoping you caught every mention of the old client.

Where it sits

Pitch is station 02 of seven. The work arrives from the station before it and leaves to the one after, which is why nothing is retyped between them.

Questions

Does it write the proposal for me?
No. It removes the retyping and keeps the reusable parts in one place. The argument for why they should hire you is still yours to make.
Can the client see it?
Yes, in a client-facing version that leaves your internal notes behind.

Try it

14 days of real use, no card. If it is not obviously worth paying for by the end, the right answer is for us to improve it rather than to rely on you forgetting to cancel.
